Patient

Female

In smile design, it is essential to consider the full facial structure. This patient has a naturally long and narrow skeletal framework. While her front teeth were natural, she was congenitally missing lateral incisors and had implants placed. Unfortunately, her teeth were disproportionately long, further elongating her facial appearance, and her arch was quite narrow.

Our treatment focused on improving the aesthetics of her implant crowns, addressing gum recession, shortening the front teeth, and widening her smile to enhance the horizontal balance of the lower third of her face. The impact of her new smile is particularly evident when viewed in the context of her full facial proportions, showcasing the transformative effect of a comprehensive and balanced approach.
